A Trip to the Southside (Spencer)
This is a series of images coming from three months of temporarily commuting from the northwest side to the the southwest side of Chicago. I brought my camera in hopes of capturing neighborhoods as we passed through various parts of Chicago. Many of the images show the emptiness and missing pieces in some of these neighborhoods due to years of racial and economic segregation.
